How do I know which supplements I actually need?

It depends on what you want to achieve! For energy and muscle function, look at our Magnesium & Iron range. If you are focused on anti-aging and cellular health, our Longevity & NAD+ collection is ideal. For those looking to support skin and joint health, Collagen & Beauty is the best fit. We always recommend starting with one of our Blood Tests to identify exactly where your body needs support. How long does it take to get my results?

Most results are ready within 2–5 working days after the lab receives your sample. You will receive an email notification as soon as they are ready.

Where is my order? How can I track it?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email / text containing atracking link. You can use this link to follow your parcel’s journey via our courier’s portal. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 3 - 5 working days, please reach out to us.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We work fast to get your health journey started! Because we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, there is a very small window to make changes. Please email our support team immediately with "URGENT: CANCEL" and your order number in the subject line. Once an order has reached the "Dispatched" stage, we are unable to cancel or amend it.
