  • Vitamins & Supplements: Shipped within 4 working days.

Our Goal: We aim to ship all items on a Next Day Delivery basis once they leave our facility.

Delivery Expectations

  • Standard Window: We endeavour to deliver all purchases within a 48–72 hour window from dispatch.
  • Courier Partners: We use third-party delivery services. While we aim for consistency, delays can occur during peak seasons or due to regional postal restrictions.
  • Postcode Restrictions: We may be unable to operate within standard timeframes for certain remote postcode regions.

Blood Test Logistics

The delivery of your blood test service depends on the type of collection chosen:

  • Home Finger Prick Kits: Sent directly to your address with pre-paid postage labels included for your return to our partnered laboratory.
  • Venous Draw (Clinic/Home Visit): These are coordinated via our professional phlebotomy partners. Logistics for these appointments are managed separately after your purchase.
  • Identity Checks: Please note that for certain products, we require Proof of Identity (POI) and Proof of Address (POA). Failure to upload these to your portal promptly will delay the dispatch of your kit.

Important Delivery Terms

  • Failed Delivery: If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or instructions provided by you, Optimal You Ltd reserves the right to apply additional charges for subsequent delivery attempts.
  • Items Received in Error: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately at help@optimalyou.co.uk or call 01332 683562. You have a duty of care to keep the item safe and undamaged until collection is arranged.
  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement.
